CareFirst Urgent Care offers telemedicine services for patients who are unable to visit our clinic or would prefer to stay at home while seeking care. Just like our urgent care clinics, our telemedicine services are available every day of the week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Whether you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, a minor eye infection, or any other non-emergency ailment, our experienced practitioners will deliver top-notch medical care that meets your needs, all from the comfort of home.

How it works

Scheduling a telemedicine appointment with CareFirst Urgent Care is an easy and convenient process. Here's how to do it!

Request a telemedicine appointment by clicking here.

When the new window opens, select "Telemedicine" under "Reason for visit" and complete the form.

Then, fill out the registration forms you receive in a text message.

Select either “Insurance” or “Cash Payment” under the “Add Insurance” area.

Upload images of your identification and insurance card if you are paying with insurance. Complete all questions.

Once your registration forms are completed, you’ll receive a link that will connect you to one of our healthcare providers for your video visit. If you have any questions please call the phone number displayed on the ClockwiseMD page.
